Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

All orders are shipped via GLS to your nearest parcel shop. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from GLS.

Free shipping on orders over 500 DKK

Orders under 500 DKK: 49 DKK flat rate

International (Selected countries)
We currently ship to selected EU countries.

Flat rate shipping: 100 DKK

Estimated Delivery Times

Denmark: 2-5 business days

International: 3–7 business days

Damaged Goods & Complaints

If your package is damaged during transit, or if you discover a printing defect or other production errors, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

To process a claim, you must contact us at info@camillamikalsenstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

For shipping damages, please provide:

1. Photos of all exterior sides of the packaging.
2. Photos of the internal packaging materials.
3. Photos of the damaged product.
4. A clear photo of the shipping label.

For production errors (e.g., print defects):

Please provide clear photos of the defect and a description of the issue.

Important: In case of shipping damage, please keep all packaging and the product until the claim is resolved. Claims submitted later than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
