Returns

"As a small studio, we print every order specifically for you to reduce waste. While we encourage mindful shopping, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. As shipping costs for poster tubes can be high, we recommend double-checking your choice before ordering."

How to make a return:

1. Contact us at info@camillamikalsenstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. State your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please note: Do not send items back without contacting me first, as I cannot guarantee they will be received or processed.
